As some of you may have already guessed, there have been some major changes at Business n'at HQ that have caused a slow down in blog posts. The big news is that I got shit-canned from my job and am now unemployed. My big adventure in executive realness is over.
The good news is that I don't have to kill myself anymore from traveling and the stress - hopefully the hives will go away, I should be able to cut my daily Tums intake down from 10-20, and I will be able to slowly recover from all those horrible meals on the road - I can spend more time with Adale, the cats, and my tv, and it should open up new opportunities for developing a much more thoughtful and strategically planned Netflix queue.
The bad news is that I don't have a job.
In addition to watching Jackie Chan's 1985 classic Police Story, I am applying for jobs in Pittsburgh as well as a town near you.

Too bad we didn't buy that new couch when we had the chance. You really deserve more than that old broke down Ikea number. Now we'll have to use our free money from G. W. to buy mac n cheese.
I am feeling relief that you don't have to mess with suits and stress anymore. While it provided an opportunity to see old signs and convenience stores and breakfast buffets around the country, it was limiting your full awesomeness and causing hives. hives!
p.s. I'd like to vote for a city near me.
I hope that Allison noted that Greg in his new picture was holding the "Did Someone Mention Donuts?" mug, which is her favorite.
Nashville is definitely an option simply b/c one of our favorite peeps of all times lives there. And, I heard Nashville has the crunkest fish. Twinky's 20 inch Twankies is also a draw.
yes, music city has many attractive features.
and I am way ahead of you on the favorite mug...i left a comment on the flickr immediately upon seeing it. that mug, and G, bring me lots of joy.
