Wednesday we went & hung out with Adale's dad. He's recovering from an accident at work - a rock fell onto his leg & he'll be off of work for maybe a month. Nothing broke but it's all black, blue, and orange. We helped Spike with the computer (we're his tech support) and then went off to Wing Night at the Jefferson Hotel. They have big, whole wings, not little wing dings. The pictures aren't pretty but boy oh boy they're tasty.

Those fries look good. What's the sandwich that that woman is eating? Looks mysterious.
Those wings do look vile, but I've been ruined for wing-eating from time working at Cluck-U, so I am incapable of appreciating a wing (full or sectioned) slathered in goop.

Well, "that woman" (aka Adale) tried the fish sandwich for the first time. It is rather "mysterious" insofar as I've been a vegetarian for over 10 years. In the last year, I've been eating fish here and there to make sure I actually get some protein, especially when hanging out with my parents in veggie unfriendly establishments. As you can imagine, the Jefferson Motel does not have hummus or veggie burgers?!
