This sign was the highlight of my trip to pay my speeding & parking tickets in Spokane, WA. They did me the "favor" of lowering the cost of the tickets because I paid them in person. It was the same kind of "favor" as when the cop who pulled me over said he would only write me up for going 10 miles over the speed limit rather than 15. Thanks dickweed.
