There is a river running over it and water leaks at some points. When the temperature reaches -38 degrees like it did this winter, the road freezes and the result is the attached video taken during a single day with the tunnel camera.

Are you sure about all this happening in one day??? Some of those wrecks look like they might take some time to clean up.
I liked the last crash where the gasoline pops out of the tank-- the car faithfully copies its driver losing bowel control.
